Bogaris off-shore, 750 million-euro investment
Bogaris planning to invest 750 million in off-shore wind farm in Cadiz.
The Andalusian group Bogaris, which engages in property development, agro-industry and renewable energies, has submitted a plan to the Ministry of Industry to build a 250-MW wind facility with fifty-some wind generators about 15 kilometres off the coast at Chipiona. Bogaris sources stressed that off-shore wind constitutes the “most realistic and efficient” type of clean energy available and expressed their hope that this and other projects will not be criticized “for fear of the unknown and without due analysis”.
