Bogaris in Los Palacios and Villafranca
Bogaris to invest around 15 million euros in new retail park.
The Los Palacios and Villafranca Municipal Government has okayed the construction of a retail park alongside the road to Utrera. Bogaris plans to invest around 15 million euros to develop the 91 303-square metre site, located in the area known as "Las Monjas" or "Dehesa Encalada", and build the park. The plans call for a big box, a shopping centre and a service station. In all, the facility will cover 44 734 square metres under roof, with a car park able to accommodate 954 vehicles.
